Our Professional Service Fees cover standard travel planning services and are charged per itinerary. If your vacation requires extensive research, multiple destinations, special arrangements, or additional coordination, an additional planning fee may apply. We will always discuss and confirm any additional fees with you before work begins.

deposit requirements and terms.

Important Policy Section
At SuiteMoments Travel, every vacation is thoughtfully designed around your personal preferences, travel needs, budget, and vision. Creating a customized travel experience requires dedicated research, professional expertise, supplier communication, and detailed coordination.
A non-refundable and non-transferable Professional Service Fee is required for tailor-made itineraries, cruise vacations, international travel, destination weddings, and group travel involving six or more travelers. The fee is separate from the cost of your vacation and must be paid before customized planning, research, booking assistance, or additional consultation services begin.
