Travel Without Limits
Every journey, planned with you in mind.
Travel should feel welcoming, exciting, and possible. SuiteMoments Travel provides thoughtful, personalized planning for travelers who may benefit from additional accessibility research, clearer information, and support communicating their travel needs. The goal is not to promise a barrier-free journey, but to help you prepare, ask informed questions, and travel with greater confidence.
A PERSONAL NOTE
From Andrea
As a travel advisor and an ostomate, I understand that confidence can begin long before departure. It can start with knowing where the nearest restroom may be, how medical supplies will be packed, whether transportation can meet a mobility need, or which questions should be asked before booking.
Every traveler’s needs and lived experience are different. I listen carefully, research thoughtfully, and help create a plan centered on your priorities, comfort, dignity, and joy. You deserve more than a reservation. You deserve to feel heard throughout the planning process.

WHO WE HELP
Travelers we plan for every day
If you've ever had to research a destination twice as hard as everyone else in your group, this page is for you.
Wheelchair & mobility device users
Travelers who need confirmed roll-in access, ramps, and step-free routes — not "should be fine."
Travelers living with an ostomy
Planning that accounts for supplies, bathroom access, and peace of mind, not just a destination.
Travelers managing chronic illness
Pacing, medication logistics, and backup plans built into the itinerary from the start.
Older adults & travelers needing extra care
Slower-paced days, closer transfers, and support that doesn't feel like a compromise.
Sensory-sensitive & neurodivergent travelers
Quieter rooms, predictable schedules, and destinations chosen with sensory needs in mind.
Travelers with service animals
Documentation, in-cabin arrangements, and destination rules sorted out before you fly.
WHAT WE RESEARCH
The questions we ask before you ever book
"Accessible" means something different for every traveler. We confirm the specifics that actually matter to you.
Room configuration
Roll-in showers, grab bars, bed height, and door clearances — confirmed, not assumed.
Step-free routes
Elevators, ramps, and paths between your room, the lobby, and the places you'll actually go.
Medical equipment needs
CPAP, oxygen, mobility aids, and refrigeration for medication or ostomy supplies.
Staff training & support
Whether on-site staff are actually equipped to assist, not just policy on paper.
Transportation accessibility
Accessible transfers, shuttles, and vehicles from arrival to departure.
Proximity & pacing
Realistic distances between where you sleep, eat, and explore, so the trip fits your energy.
Medical Services
Proximity to medical care, pharmacies, or other important services.
Accessibility information can change and may differ by room, ship, destination, vehicle, supplier, and individual need. SuiteMoments Travel relies on information provided by travel suppliers and service providers and will help you identify details that should be reconfirmed before travel.
ACCESSIBLE RESORTS
Resorts vetted for real accessibility, not marketing copy
A resort may be described as accessible while individual rooms, pathways, beaches, pools, restaurants, and transportation options differ significantly. I help you look beyond a general label and identify the questions that matter to your stay.
Research may include:
-
Verified roll-in showers, grab bars, and accessible room layouts
-
Pool and beach access, including lifts and accessible pathways
-
Elevator access to dining, entertainment, and excursion criteria and available transportation
-
On-site medical support and proximity to care, when it matters
ACCESSIBLE CRUISING
Cruising, mapped out from gangway to stateroom
Cruising can offer many conveniences, but accessibility varies by ship, cabin, port, and excursion. Planning early may provide more options for accessible staterooms and requested services.
I can help research:
-
Ship feature and cabin categories
-
Accessible stateroom selection, including bathroom and doorway specs
-
Embarkation and disembarkation assistance arranged in advance
-
Shore excursions reviewed for accessibility before they're booked
-
Onboard support for mobility devices, oxygen, and medical needs
AIRPORT & TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE
Support from curb to gate, and everywhere after
The journey to and from your destination matters too. I can help you understand how to request airline assistance, identify transfer questions, and research transportation providers based on the information they make available.
Travelers should communicate assistance needs as early as possible and reconfirm them directly with the airline, airport, cruise line, hotel, or transportation provider when required.
Your planning may include research and guidance related to:
-
Wheelchair and mobility assistance requests arranged with airlines in advance
-
Guidance on TSA Cares and other airport accessibility programs
-
Early boarding and seating arrangements suited to your needs
-
Accessible ground transportation booked before you land
TRAVELING WITH AN OSTOMY
Creating unforgettable journeys for every traveler — including those navigating life with an ostomy
Traveling with an ostomy may involve extra preparation, but it does not have to take away from the joy of the journey. Thoughtful planning can help you feel more prepared for flights, security screening, excursions, climate changes, and time away from your usual routine.
Planning considerations may include:
-
A packing and planning approach built around confidence, not just logistics
-
Bathroom access and privacy confirmed at every stop on the itinerary
-
Reviewing current security-screening guidance
-
Carrying supplier information and important medical details
-
Discreet accommodations that don't require explaining your needs to strangers
-
Speaking with your healthcare professional about personal medical questions before travel
Why this matters to us: This focus comes from firsthand experience planning for ostomy travelers. You won't need to educate us on the basics — we start there.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Accessible Travel FAQs
When should I begin planning? As early as possible. Accessible rooms, staterooms, transportation, rental equipment, and specialized services may have limited availability
I'm not sure what I need — can you still help? Absolutely. Many travelers start the conversation without a full list of requirements. We'll ask the right questions to figure out what will actually make your trip comfortable.
What information should I share? Only the information relevant to planning your trip. Helpful details may include your mobility equipment, room or bathroom requirements, transportation needs, dietary considerations, and any feature that is essential rather than simply preferred.
Can you provide medical advice? No. I can assist with travel planning and practical preparation, but medical decisions should be discussed with your qualified healthcare professional.
Can you help with travel for a group that includes both accessible and non-accessible needs? Yes. We regularly plan trips where some travelers need accessible accommodations and others don't — everyone stays together, and everyone's needs are met.
What if I need something very specific, like refrigeration for medical supplies? Tell us upfront. Specific needs like refrigeration, outlet access for equipment, or proximity to medical care are exactly what we research before recommending anything.
Can you arrange mobility equipment? I can research available rental options and help identify the provider’s booking process. Equipment, delivery, setup, condition, and performance remain the responsibility of the rental provider.
Do you guarantee that a hotel, cruise, excursion, or transportation service will be accessible? No. Accessibility is personal, and features are controlled by individual suppliers. I research available information, help communicate requests, and encourage written verification of any feature that is essential to your trip.
How do you confirm a resort or ship is actually accessible? We contact suppliers directly and ask specific, detailed questions — room dimensions, bathroom configuration, elevator access, and staff training — rather than relying on general marketing claims.
Do you charge a fee for accessible travel planning? Fees apply the same way they do for any tailor-made itinerary: due before work begins, and non-refundable and non-transferable once paid. The fee reflects the extra research and coordination accessible travel requires.
