Meet Andrea

Hello, I’m Andrea—the founder and travel advisor behind SuiteMoments Travel and the voice behind the travel blog, Moments That Take Flight.

I am a traveler, entrepreneur, and dedicated planner who believes vacations should feel exciting, personal, and possible. My work is shaped by years of personal travel experience, professional research, industry knowledge, and a genuine love for helping others experience the world.

I understand how quickly vacation planning can become overwhelming. Between comparing destinations, resorts, cruise ships, flights, transportation, excursions, and travel requirements, what begins as an exciting idea can soon feel like another full-time responsibility.

That is where I come in.

I take the time to listen to your ideas, understand your priorities, and research the options that best fit your travel style. Instead of handing you hundreds of possibilities, I help narrow them down to thoughtfully selected recommendations created around you.

My goal is not simply to book a vacation. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident from the first conversation through your return home.

Why I Became a Travel Advisor

I created SuiteMoments Travel because I believe the best vacations are not built from generic packages. They are built from personal details, meaningful connections, and moments that become part of your story.

Travelers deserve more than a booking confirmation.

They deserve someone who listens carefully, asks the right questions, researches the details, anticipates potential concerns, and remains available when guidance is needed.

SuiteMoments Travel was founded to provide that level of personal attention.

Whether you are planning a first cruise, an all-inclusive escape, an international adventure, a family celebration, a group vacation, or a trip with accessibility considerations, your experience should reflect your unique needs and vision.

Every traveler has a different reason for wanting to get away. Some need rest. Some want adventure. Some are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation, or new chapter. Others simply need time to reconnect with themselves or the people they love.

Whatever brings you to SuiteMoments Travel, I want your vacation to feel thoughtfully designed—not copied from someone else’s itinerary.

My Travel Planning Philosophy

Personalized, Not One-Size-Fits-All

No two travelers are exactly alike, and no two vacations should be planned exactly the same way.

Your destination recommendations, accommodations, activities, and travel arrangements should reflect your interests, budget, comfort level, priorities, and individual needs.

Thoughtful Details Matter

The right resort is more than a beautiful property. The right cruise is more than an itinerary. The right vacation considers location, room type, transportation, accessibility, dining, atmosphere, activities, and the moments you hope to experience.

I believe the smallest details can make the greatest difference.

Guidance Creates Confidence

The internet offers endless travel options, but more choices do not always make planning easier.

Professional guidance helps you move beyond the endless scrolling and second-guessing. I research, compare, organize, and explain your options so you can make informed decisions with greater confidence.

Travel Should Feel Supported

My role does not end when your reservation is confirmed.

I provide guidance throughout the planning process, help you prepare for your journey, organize important information, and remain a professional point of contact when questions arise.

The Experience Matters as Much as the Destination

A successful vacation is not only about where you went. It is about how the journey made you feel.

My goal is to create travel experiences that feel enjoyable before departure, meaningful while you are away, and memorable long after you return home.

Personalized and Accessible Travel Planning

Travel should be welcoming, empowering, and available to more people.

As an ostomate and traveler, I understand that some journeys involve considerations that may not appear on a standard vacation checklist. Questions about packing medical supplies, airport security, restroom access, accommodations, transportation, excursions, and personal comfort can affect how confident someone feels about traveling.

This perspective has strengthened my commitment to thoughtful and accessible vacation planning.

I approach accessibility with care, respect, and discretion. Your needs are not an inconvenience or an afterthought. They are an important part of creating a travel experience that works for you.

Depending on the trip, this may include additional research into:

  • Accessible hotel rooms and resort facilities

  • Cruise cabin accessibility

  • Airport and mobility assistance

  • Accessible transportation

  • Restroom availability

  • Medical supply packing and storage

  • Dietary or mobility considerations

  • Excursion accessibility

  • Supplier communication and special requests

Accessible travel planning is part of the SuiteMoments Travel experience, but it does not define every traveler or every vacation. The focus remains where it belongs: on helping you explore, relax, celebrate, and enjoy meaningful moments with confidence.
