Celebrate Together. Travel Beautifully
The best group trips are built on connection—the laughter, stories, celebrations, and shared moments that bring people closer. Whether you are gathering family, celebrating a milestone, or bringing a community together, SuiteMoments Travel helps organize the travel details so your group can focus on the experience.
One point of contact.
One shared itinerary.
One unforgettable trip.

WHY TRAVEL AS A GROUP
Connection Is The Whole Point - The Logistics Shouldn't Get In The Way
One planner, not twelve group chats

We collect everyone's details, answer everyone's questions, and keep the whole group aligned — so you're not the unofficial travel agent anymore.
Group perks, real savings
Room blocks, group rates, and added perks that individual bookings don't unlock — because we're negotiating for everyone at once.
Support before, during, and after
If a flight changes or a question comes up mid-trip, you have a real person to call — not a hold queue.
EVERY KIND OF “LET'S ALL GO”
Whatever brought your group together, we'll help you get there
Family Reunions
Bring generations together in a destination where everyone can connect, relax, and enjoy meaningful time away from everyday routines.
Friend Getaways
Reconnect, recharge, and make room for new memories with a getaway designed around friendship, and fun.
Milestone Celebrations
Graduations, retirements, survivor celebrations, vow renewals, and life’s meaningful achievements deserve moments that feel as special as the occasion.
Cruise Groups
Give travelers the freedom to choose their own onboard experiences while sharing meals, excursions, celebrations, and unforgettable views.
Destination Weddings
Create a celebration away from home with travel planning support for the couple and their guests. Wedding design and on-site event coordination may require separate services from the resort or a professional wedding planner.
Clubs & Communities
Church groups, sororities and fraternities, social clubs traveling as one.
Birthday Getaways
Celebrate another trip around the sun with the people who make life special, whether you choose a cruise, resort, city escape, or international adventure.
Anniversaries
Honor your story with a romantic group celebration or intimate getaway surrounded by the people and places you love.
Retreats
Create space for reflection, wellness, creativity, learning, or community-building in a destination that supports the purpose of your gathering.
HOW IT WORKS
You Bring the People. I’ll Help Coordinate the Details.
01
Tell us the vision
Tell me who is traveling, what you are celebrating, your preferred dates, departure cities, budget range, and the experience you want to create.
03
Research & Proposal
Destination, dates, and a budget-friendly group rate — presented as one clear proposal.
05
Your group books in
We handle individual reservations, payments, and questions so you don't have to chase anyone.
02
Planning Consultation & Fee
We will review the group’s needs, responsibilities, timeline, and planning scope. Group Travel Planning starts at $150. The final fee may vary based on group size, destination, complexity, and level of coordination.
04
Secure the Group
Once you select an option, we review supplier terms, deposits, deadlines, and available group benefits before confirming space.
06
You just show up
Documents, confirmations, and support are handled — before, during, and after the trip.
A note on group planning fees
Groups of six or more travelers require a $150+ planning fee, due before work begins and non-refundable and non-transferable once paid. This fee reflects the time and expertise it takes to coordinate a group well — it's applied toward the value we bring to your trip, not added on top of it.
Planning for Different Travelers
Every group includes individual preferences, budgets, schedules, and needs. I help the group leader establish clear expectations and a consistent process from the beginning. When accessibility, dietary, medical, or mobility considerations are shared, I can research available information and help communicate relevant requests to suppliers.
Group Leader FAQs
01
How many travelers make a group?
SuiteMoments Travel’s Group Travel Planning service applies to groups of six or more travelers. Supplier definitions and eligibility for contracted group space or benefits may differ.
03
Will every traveler receive the same price?
Not necessarily. Pricing can vary by room or cabin category, occupancy, departure city, booking date, promotions, and supplier availability.
05
Are group perks guaranteed?
No. Amenities and concessions depend on the supplier, group size, contract terms, eligible bookings, and final travel participation.
02
Does everyone have to depart from the same airport?
Not always. Air arrangements may be researched based on traveler departure cities, the group plan, and available booking options.
04
Can travelers make payments?
Payment schedules depend on the supplier and group agreement. Travelers must follow the deadlines and instructions established for the group.
06
What is the group leader responsible for?
The group leader helps define the vision, encourages timely traveler action, communicates group expectations, and serves as the primary decision-maker. SuiteMoments Travel manages the agreed travel-planning scope; the supplier controls inventory, pricing, contracts, and service delivery.
